Hotel Accommodations
As far as hotel accommodation is concerned, there will be a wide range of free choices absolutely in accordance with the Italian tradition of hospitality and quality. The quality of hotels will comply with the international standards.
The Organizing Committee has reached an agreement with the company EVENTI S.r.l. of the city of Rimini to better support participants who need help in searching for the best solution concerning their accommodations.
EVENTI S.r.l. of the city of Rimini is part of a network composed by companies dealing with important hotel infrastructures; it is a tour operator, established with the purpose to coordinate and organize every kind of event both at national and international level. In the name of the best cooperation, EVENTI S.r.l. will be at the disposal of every company or person, who will register to ECSG Riccione 2015, in order to satisfy any particular need which may exceed standard offers, included the extension of period of stay beyond the determined days of our event.
In accordance with this agreement, we have been able to reduce prices reported in Bullettin no. 1.
Hotels are divided into 5 categories with half-board treatment which includes dinner.

Price is per person, for 4 nights, with half-board including a bottle of water of 0, 5 liters and a bottle of wine of 0, 25 liters. This package cannot be divided.
Currently set at 10%, VAT is included. Tourist tax is not included and it must be applied according to the provisions of each city.
