President of CSAIn

Friends of EFCS,

It is with excitement, appreciation and honor that I extend to you an invitation to participate in the next European games of company sports: The
20th European Company Sport Games, 2015, in Riccione, Italy.

On February 25, 2010, we proposed to President Didier Besseyre, our desire to nominate the city of Riccione as a candidate to host the 2015 edition.
We were told on June 8, 2010 by the same president that our bid was successful, and I would like to thank the president, along with the European Council of the EFCS, and the General Secretary, for their unwavering kindness, congeniality, and respect.
Riccione will fully meet the expectations of the EFCS with the style of the greatest Italian traditions, and will offer opportunities for recreation, tourism and culture with a strong regional character. Consider also that the geographic location of Riccione and its proximity to the great cities of Italian art – Milan, Venice, Rome, Florence – inevitably make it an enviable starting point for additional excursions during your stay in Italy.

I repeat: This social sporting event, in which CSAIn, with all of you, is committed to playing a significant role, is a source of pride for me. As we all know, EFCS is an organization which, at the European level strives to endorse and promote sports in the corporate world and therefore in the world of work.
And so we will find ourselves together in Riccione from June 3rd to the 7th, a great collection of people, men and women, young and not as young, managers, directors, employees and laborers of large and small industrial groups, both private and public, united by our common passion for sports.

It will be a large celebration, an extraordinary melting pot with the flavor of competition, fun, culture, and socialization.
I can assure you that CSAIn’s commitment will be extraordinary in every detail, which is also evidenced by its wish and socially noteworthy plan to include Paralympic events and athletes in the traditional technical program. I am certain that our friendship and hospitality, along with your enthusiasm, will make the 20th edition of the European Company Sport Games a moment of great prestige for the entire EFCS. We will rely on the wealth of knowledge and experience accumulated by those who have previously organized these Games with great success.

In acceptance of this torch, CSAIn, Riccione, and Italy welcome you.

Luigi Fortuna
President of CSAIn (Centers for Corporate and Industry Sports)
